ARTISTIC RESEARCH
As an internationally active percussion artist and educator, Liang Dong has been invited to present masterclasses, lectures, and educational residencies at leading conservatories and music institutions around the world. Through artistic mentorship and cross-cultural musical exchange, he continues to inspire and support the next generation of young musicians and percussion performers.
As the CEO of Hemiola Cultural Media, Liang Dong has created and curated a series of internationally recognized artistic projects, including the Hemiola Concerto Concerts, Solo Recital Series, Global Marathon Concerts, Hemiola International Music Competition, and the Qingyin International Music Awards. These large-scale cultural events have received widespread acclaim for their artistic excellence, innovative programming, and international influence within the classical music community.
As an Assistant Research Fellow at the Central Conservatory of Music, Liang Dong has actively engaged in artistic research, academic lectures, and international music exchange projects across China and abroad. Through interdisciplinary studies and cross-cultural collaborations, he continues to promote the development of contemporary percussion art and global musical dialogue.
